I find pessach dessert to either have a way too long list of ingredients, or to fail way to easily (we all know my luck with baking)
This one comes from one of my best friend. I had made it once maybe 7 or 8 years ago and never remade it since, not sure why because it is the best brownie ever!
Just a few weeks ago i remembered how amazing and sooo gooey this brownie was and just had to share it with all of you (with her permission of course!)
1/2 cup margarine
230 g chocolate (i use alprose)
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup matsa meal
1/4 cup+ 2 tbsp potato starch
2 tbsp cacao
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Nuts, optional
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Start by melting margarine and chocolate in a pot. Once melted transfer to a mixing bowl.
Add sugars and vanilla then mix. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing in between each one.
Add in matsa meal, potato starch, cacao, salt. Mix until homogenous.
Fold in chocolate chips and nuts, if using.
Bake for 15-17 minutes. Brownie should not be fully cooked when out of the oven, as it continues to cook while cooling.
