It's the simple dishes that warms up our hearts. Just a bowl of steaming lintrya is what these cold winter days call for!
8 cups chicken broth
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp granulated garlic
Salt and pepper
1 bag medium size egg noddles (340g)
DIRECTIONS:
In a large heavy bottom pot, bring broth to a rolling boil. Add spices. Add noodles. Turn off the heat and cover pot. Open after 10-12 minutes to mix, then close for another few minutes until the noodles are cooked through. They fully cook with residual heat.
