Taco Arayes

Did you say Taco Tuesday??


A way to combine two of my favorite things: a Taco and an Arayes. Two foods that I can never get enough of!!



taco meat


  • 1 lb minced meat

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp granulated garlic

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 onion, minced

  • 1 egg

  • 14-16 medium soft tacos

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Start by processing your onion. Add it to a mixing bowl along with the meat, spices and egg. You can add herbs if you’d like. Mix just until combined.

  2. Layer a thin coat of meat mixture onto the surface of one taco. Top with another taco and press on it. Repeat with all meat.

  3. Heat a pan at medium low heat. Once hot, add oil. Fry taco on both sides until golden. Remove from oil and drain on paper towel.

  4. Top with israeli salad, tchina, and all the toppings of your liking!
