Brussel sprouts are super underrated.
They shine when roasted and I can never get enough of them just plain with some salt. Here, I tossed them in sweet chilli sauce and they are officially addicting!!
So simple, yet a burst of flavour!
2 packs frozen Brussel sprouts, about 4 cups
Oil spray
Salt
1/2 cup sweet chilli sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place Brussel sprouts on single layer. Spray with non stick. Salt to your liking.
Roast uncovered for 50-55 minutes.
Once well roasted, toss in sweet chilli sauce.
