2 bananas
1/8 cup butter, melted
1 cup + 1 tbsp almond milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
DIRECTIONS
Start by mashing your bananas in a bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix.
Add dry ingredients and mix. Do not overmix. It is fine to still have clumps.
Heat a non stick skillet on medium heat.
Using a 1/4 cup or an ice cream scoop, pour batter on skillet.
After about a minute, when bubbles start forming, flip for about another 30 seconds.
Remove and top with favorite topings.
