Over the years, i’ve made many different versions of meat pizzas. But this one is different and just better.
Instead of the traditional tomato base, i used my spicy garlic mayo and it was bomb!! No sogginess, just pure doughy, crunchy, spiced up meat topped by the best sauce!
Spicy garlic mayo:
1/2 cup mayo
2 tsp sriracha
2 cloves garlic
Salt
Combine everything in a small food chopper. Pulse a few times. Adjust salt level.
Meat pizza:
1 lb minced beef
Oil spray
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp granulated garlic
1 tsp granulated onion
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp tomato paste
Bought Pizza crusts
Chopped cilantro
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place store bought dough on it.
Heat up a pan at medium high heat. Spray oil. Add meat and break apart. Add spices and tomato paste and cook through.
Spread spicy garlic mayo on doughs. Layer meat on top. Bake for 20 minutes.
Layer more sauce on top and some chopped cilantro.
