You can never have enough chicken dinner recipes. Especially the ones that take minutes to put together!
Huge hit for this one! The silan makes it sweet enough to enjoy over couscous while not overpowering the flavors. It's really a big hug in a bowl!
5 carrots, cut into chunks
1 onion, sliced
1 sweet potato, cubed
1 bag mini potatoes, halved
5 pargiot, cut in small pieces
Salt
Oil spray
Sauce:
3 tbsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp silan
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F. Place all vegetables in a 9x13 and spread them out as much as you can. Sprinkle a generous amount of salt and oil spray. Bake for 35 minutes uncovered.
While the vegetables start to bake, marinate your cutlets in the sauce.
Remove vegetables from oven. Pour marinated chicken on them. Mix so that the sauce can coat everything. Spread everything out on the baking dish. Bake for an additional 30 minutes.
