Let’s all celebrate who made us mothers by making them a killer breakfast/lunch.


Sheetpan pancakes are so easy to make because there is no pan frying involved. Cut out squares and eat with your favorite toppings!



Sheetpan pancake


  • 3 1/2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 1/2 cups flour

  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • Toppings such as chocolate chips, sprinkles, fruits…



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray generously with non stick.

  2. Start by melting the butter. In a medium size mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Make a well in the middle.

  3. Add milk, vanilla and egg. Start whisking. As your whisking, add butter. Whisk until very well combined.

  4. Pour batter on sheetpan. Top with favorite topping.

  5. Bake for 20 minutes.
