Shawarma Sheetpan Dinner

Sheetpan dinners are just SO easy.


I'm a huge sucker for one dish dinners. Minimal cleanup with the job done correctly. Here is the shawarma sheetpan dinner that I made last week and it was super yummy.


Btw, cutting the potatoes in “fries” shape was super intentional, just to make it feel like it was actually fries for dinner and not just regular potatoes ;)


Ps: if you need more to feed your fam, feel free to separate the veggies from the chicken on two different sheetpans!



shawarma chicken



  • About 10 medium carrots, peeled

  • 2 potatoes, julienned

  • 1/2 sweet potato, julienned

  • 1-2 shallots, halved

  • 4-5 chicken cutlets (pargiot)


Seasoning:


  • 1 tbsp shawarma seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • Salt and pepper



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray sheetpan with non stick cooking spray.

  2. Place vegetables on sheetpan (do not line it). Mix some of the spice seasoning all around the veggies. Place in oven for 20 min.

  3. While in oven, marinate cutlets with shawarma blend.

  4. Remove sheepan from oven and place cutlets on it. Return to oven for an additional 20-25 min.
