The sandwich of all Friday goodness for lunch. Really is there anything better than that?!
Classic Shnitsel
Chicken breast, cut thinly
Eggs, beaten and salted
Flour
Panko crumbs
Dip chicken breast pieces in flour, then egg, then panko. Fry in hot oil.
