Here is some inspiration for a salad that’s fresh and filling, and that would look amazing on your shavuot tables!

  • Quinoa

  • Sliced kalamata olives

  • Sliced grape tomatoes

  • Sliced cucumbers

  • Chickpeas

  • Crumbled feta

  • Green onion

  • Lots of cilantro



I kept the vinaigrette simple:

Just a lot of fresh lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper.
