Quick Pesto Sauce

The best sauce to have on hand at all time!


But really, who has fresh basil on a regular basis at home? And who has time to even clean it?


Here is a version made with frozen cubes that you can blend whenever the craving hits! And of course, pictured is, to me, the best way to eat pesto!!!

  • 10 frozen basil cubes

  • 5 parsley cubes

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp pine nuts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt and pepper, to taste



DIRECTIONS:


In a blender (like a magic bullet, smaller is better) combine all ingredients and blend until consistency is smooth.


Transfer to jar. Top with some more olive olive.
