Here is a chicken recipe that comes together so quickly and is punched with flavor!
Great quick weeknight dinner with a simple side!
2 whole chicken legs
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp dijon
1 tbsp honey
Juice of 1/2 orange
Sprinkle of oregano, onion powder, salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place your chicken in a baking dish. Mix all seasoning ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Brush mixture oven chicken, making sure to get it between the skin and the flesh. Bake covered for 1 hour and uncovered for about 40-50 minutes.
