One pot Pasta Rose

Get ready for a creamy, dreamy pasta that’s as easy as it is delicious—made all in one pot!


This Pasta Rose is the perfect blend of rich tomato and creamy sauce, with everything cooking together for max flavor and minimum cleanup. And we all know how much we all love that!

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed

  • 500g shells pasta

  • 1 cup tomato sauce

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste

  • 4 cups water

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • Salt, pepper, oregano

  • Parmesan



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Start by melting butter in a large pan or pot over medium high heat. Add garlic and when fragrant, add pasta. Mix everything.

  2. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste and water. Salt everything and let it come to a boil. Add cream and let it cook for about 5 minutes. Then mix often for the next 7-8 minutes until the sauce thickens and the pasta cooks through.

  3. Add salt, pepper and oregano. Top with parmesan or favourite cheese.
