My biggest accomplishment is mastering the art of preparing delicious meals in record time, ensuring that hunger is swiftly replaced by satisfaction.
This meal is one that gets from scratch to plated in under 20 minutes. I recorded myself doing it and still took me 17 minutes!
If you would like a recipe that you can feed to your kids quickly, make this one!!
PS: you can replace the green beans for any vegetables that your kids like. I’ve done this with edamame and it was as yummy!
2 chicken breast, cubed
3 package of ramen noodles
3 tbsp oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sriracha
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
Salt
2 cups french green beans
Chopped scallion, four garnish
Sesame seeds, for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Start by putting your Ramen in a bowl and covering it with boiling water.
Heat a pan over medium heat, then add oil. Quickly sear your chicken. It does not have to be fully cooked since it will continue cooking with the seasonings. Add green beans.
Season with soy sauce, Sriracha, maple syrup, and sweet chilli sauce. Salt to your liking.
Sauté everything together until the sauce has thickened.
By this time, your Ramen is fully cooked. Remove it from the water and add it to the pan. Mix it together with the rest.
Top with scallions and sesame seeds.
