15 minutes to get dinner (or lunch) on the table?
Follow these steps!
2 tbsp butter
400g straight macaroni
800g water
Salt, to taste
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded mozzarella
DIRECTIONS:
Start by heating a large pan to medium high heat. Add butter and let it slightly brown.
Add pasta and stir. I like to toast the pasta but it’s not necessary.
Add water and salt and mix. Let the pasta cook until they rise to the surface and about half of the water is absorbed.
Add cream and mix. Let it cook down until most of the liquid is absorbed. Lower heat to a simmer.
Add cheese and mix. You can add more cheese if you’d like.
