Here is a yummy and quick shabbat or holiday appetizer idea that comes together super quickly and can be adapted to any preference.
Frozen pizza dough (or homemade, whatever is easier for you)
1 cup green olives
1 cup kalamata olives
1 small onion
1/4 cup tomato sauce
3 Green onion, diced
1 can tuna, flaked
Oregano
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Roll out your dough on a parchment paper. Fold the sides to create the crust. Place on a circle baking sheet.
In a small food processor, mince together olives and onion.
Layer tomato sauce, onion olive mixture, flaked tuna, scallion and oregano.
Bake for 30-35 min. Note that oven time changes depending on the dough and how thick/thin its rolled out.
I topped it with a creamy sauce right before serving:
Mayo
Dijon
Lemon
A lot of fresh chopped cilantro
Salt
Pepper
