Olive Tuna pizza

Here is a yummy and quick shabbat or holiday appetizer idea that comes together super quickly and can be adapted to any preference.

  • Frozen pizza dough (or homemade, whatever is easier for you)

  • 1 cup green olives

  • 1 cup kalamata olives

  • 1 small onion

  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce

  • 3 Green onion, diced

  • 1 can tuna, flaked

  • Oregano



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

  2. Roll out your dough on a parchment paper. Fold the sides to create the crust. Place on a circle baking sheet.

  3. In a small food processor, mince together olives and onion.

  4. Layer tomato sauce, onion olive mixture, flaked tuna, scallion and oregano.

  5. Bake for 30-35 min. Note that oven time changes depending on the dough and how thick/thin its rolled out.



I topped it with a creamy sauce right before serving:


  • Mayo

  • Dijon

  • Lemon

  • A lot of fresh chopped cilantro

  • Salt

  • Pepper
