I HEAR YOU, cooking that sauce before the fish can sometimes take time that you just don't have.

This is the simplest way of having the moroccan salmon we all love, yet spending 4 minutes putting it together!!
1 cup cilantro
5 cloves garlic
4 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp tomato paste
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 F.
In a mini processor, mince cilantro and garlic. Add that to a mixing bowl along with all other ingredients.
Prepare 6 slices of salmon in a baking dish. Brush mixture over and under it.
Bake uncovered for 18 minutes.
