Moroccan Salmon EXPRESS

I HEAR YOU, cooking that sauce before the fish can sometimes take time that you just don't have.


Don't worry, i got you!


This is the simplest way of having the moroccan salmon we all love, yet spending 4 minutes putting it together!!



fish sauce


  • 1 cup cilantro

  • 5 cloves garlic

  • 4 tbsp oil

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tbsp tomato paste



DIRECTIONS:


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. In a mini processor, mince cilantro and garlic. Add that to a mixing bowl along with all other ingredients.

  3. Prepare 6 slices of salmon in a baking dish. Brush mixture over and under it.

  4. Bake uncovered for 18 minutes.
