A recipe that’s perfect for Pessach and all year round. These are the types of recipes I want to make on Pessach.
This Salmon recipe is so easy to put together (literally ready in minutes!) and so fresh. Serve it for a lunch or for a Chol Hamoed dinner. You’ll be happy to have that one up your sleeve!
6 salmon slices
4 cubes frozen basil
6 cubes frozen garlic
4 cubes frozen cilantro
4 cubes frozen parsley
1/4 cup olive oil
2 pinches pink salt
Black pepper
Lemon, to serve
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place your salmon slices on it.
In a small dish, combine all cubes and microwave them for about 30 seconds. You can also thaw just by leaving them out. Mix together with olive oil.
Brush mixture on salmon. Sprinkle salt and pepper.
Bake for 14-15 minutes uncovered. Press fresh lemon on top before serving.
