There’s nothing like Oreo desserts in the world! And putting it in a frozen cheesecake treat is taking it to a different level.
Especially that it’s SO EASY to put together.
You’re gonna want to make this one for Shavuot!
Base:
24 oreos, crushed (270g)
1/2 cup butter, melted
Cream:
473 ml heavy cream
250g gvina levana (quark cheese)
1 pack vanilla pudding mix (2.8oz)
2 tbsp icing sugar
1/4 cup milk
8 oreos, crushed (plus more to sprinkle on top)
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine oreo and butter and press at the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan (line it if you would like to freeze it without the pan).
Bake for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, gvina levana, vanilla pudding, icing sugar and milk. Beat at high speed until fluffy and creamy. Fold in crushed oreo.
Spread over base. Sprinkle leftover oreo crumbs on top.
Freeze until hard.
To serve: take out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before eating.
