Can’t believe it took me that long to realize how a chopped sandwich is just so amazing. You get all the flavors, every single bite.
So I tried it with my favorite sandwich, the Tunisian. Omg. SO SO GOOD.
By the way, I ate the leftovers with crackers, and it was bomb too!
Tuna
Boiled egg
Black olives
Mini potatoes (boiled)
Preserved lemon
Harissa
Cilantro
Olive oil
Salt
Baguette style bread
DIRECTIONS:
Put everything on a cutting board and chop away! Season with a generous amount of olive oil and salt and stuff your sandwich.
