Basically the best part of Seder night.
So easy to make and soooo good. I wouldn't mind getting full on that stuff!
(yields about 24 balls)
250 g raw walnuts
20 dates, pitted and checked
2 tbsp red wine
DIRECTIONS:
Pulse everything in a food processor for 3-4 minutes until it reaches the consistency of a sticky paste. Roll into balls and refrigerate until seder.
