Nothing much to say about potato kugel. It's soft on the inside and crunchy on the outside. It's a recipe that I am so happy to be sharing. It takes under 15 min to prep and is such a good shabbat food. This recipe is solid and it comes from my dear friend 💗
5 lb potatoes
8 eggs
Large onion
1 tbsp pink salt
1/2 cup oil + 2 tbsp
1/2 cup water + 2 tbsp
Preheat oven to 400F. Prepare a 9x13 baking dish.
Peel all potatoes. In the bowl of food processor, combine everything besides for potatoes. Blend until smooth. Pour in baking dish.
Place the grating attachment in the processor. Grate all potatoes. Transfer in baking dish and mix with the rest of the ingredients.
Place in oven for 1 h -1h20, or until golden top.
