When I was in Miami, my sister in law (shoutout Maya!) made me discover a little Israeli restaurant that has the best kind of street food. The type of food you cannot get enough of.
Nununu, in Miami, makes the best kebab, brochette, arayes… the list goes on.
Eating those beef kebab roll, i promised myself i had to try replicating them because they were just so cute, and actually so easy and absolutely delicious.
You will need:
Minced beef seasoned like kebabs. I usually do onion, garlic, herbs and spices, all blended up before adding to the meat.
Large wraps
Skewers
A grill pan
DIRECTIONS:
Start by mixing your meat with seasonings.
Lay your wraps and cut about an inch on the right and left side to make it straight. Form a log of meat at the ending and roll the wrap tightly on the meat.
Using a sharp knife, slice circles about an inch thick. Slide them into your skewers.
Heat a grill pan at medium heat. Spray non stick spray on it. Working in batches, place each skewer on the grill pan and grill until grill lines are dark. Flip and repeat.
Enjoy,
Guila
