This recipe is one of the first ways i learnt how to cook salmon and one of the oldest recipes on my Instagram feed!
Easiest, quickest way to make a salmon for dinner, or just a great fish recipe to have on hand!!
3 salmon slices, cut in thirds
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp sweet chili sauce
1/2 tsp salt
3 garlic cloves, minced
Mixed sesame seeds, to sprinkle
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 425F.
In a bowl, combine all besides for sesame. Mix.
Place salmon pieces on a parchment lined baking sheet. Pour remaining sauce on salmon. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
Bake for 13 minutes then on a high broil for 2 minutes.
