A few weeks ago, I saw this recipe on @israeli_kitchen and couldn’t get over how yummy it looked. And since I know not all of you can understand Hebrew recipes, I translated it and got to work. I made a few tweaks along the way and it came out perfect!
Hope you enjoy!!

6 eggs, separated
¾ cup sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp oil
1 bag chocolate pudding mix (osem)

Cream:
473 ml whipping cream
250 g gvina Levana (quark cheese)
¼ cup milk
1 bag vanilla pudding mix (osem)
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Whip all ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer until stable cream forms. Spread evenly on the base. Refrigerate for about an hour or more.
