Let’s welcome BBQ season with delicious chicken marinades and enjoy it while it lasts, because we all know how quickly it goes by in MTL!
I put together 4 very different marinades, each bursting with flavor. You can prepare these in advance in ziplocs and freeze them or refrigerate them until grill time.

Condiment Chicken
1 part mayo
1 part ketchup
1 part mustard
1 part maple
1/2 part sriracha
Spiced Mint Chicken
2 tbsp chopped mint
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sumac
1 tsp herbed salt
2 tbsp olive oil
Teriyaki Chicken
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tbsp miso
Citrus Chicken
2 tbsp oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 orange, zested and juiced
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp maple syrup
DIRECTIONS:
You can mix marinade ingredients straight into your ziploc bag.
Every marinade is good for about 4 pargiot. You can use this on any part of the chicken.
You can also grill them in the oven on a wire rack at 400F, or even on a grill pan.
